Where the money comes from

Two kinds of address appear on this domain. One kind sits on the supplier's own site, and a purchase made after following it pays this publisher a commission. The other kind is a document, such as the regulator's own page, and it pays this publisher nothing. Which rel value rides on which destination

Anything commercial outbound carries rel of nofollow sponsored noopener, applied flatly whether or not a commission exists on that particular link, so a paid link and an unpaid commercial link look identical to a crawler. That is the cautious direction, chosen on purpose. A document, such as the regulator's own page, carries rel of noopener alone, because tagging a public record as sponsored would misdescribe both the record and the relationship. What a commission does not buy

A commission is earned on the commercial addresses here. Each cell in the register was produced by opening the page named beside it on the date printed there, or it says nothing was read.
